HOSPITALITY FOOD CONTRIBUTIONS

Still looking for hours? Here’s a chance to donate baked goods, prepared foods or products rather than working a shift. Please write in your name, phone number and email address below if you’re interested in fulfilling some of your work obligation this way. (Note days and items needed as indicated on sign-ups.)



SUNDAY – Lasagna – 12 “batches” needed
Prepare or buy your favorite kind of lasagna to feed 12 hungry people (large, 6 lb. (96 oz.) size). One big Costco lasagna will do it! If your lasagna is vegetarian, please let us know – some people request it. Bake it, and to keep it warm, surround your lasagna with crinkled newspaper and put the whole thing in a paper bag. Bring fully baked lasagnas to the pool by 11:00 AM on Sunday morning.

One lasagna = 2 work obligation hours.


SUNDAY – French Bread – 10 loaves needed
We need French bread to go with that yummy lasagna. Assumes each loaf can be cut into 12 servings. Please bring to the pool by 11:00 on Sunday morning.

5 Loaves of Bread = 1 Work obligation hours



SATURDAY & SUNDAY– Brownies - 8 Batches needed. Bring to Pool by 11:00 AM
Make a 13”X9” pan size batch and bring it to the pool by 11:00 AM on Saturday. (Cut the batch into 24 pieces. Please bring the brownies in a container that doesn’t need to be returned to you.)
One 13” X 9” Batch = 1 work obligation hour

Each line = 1 Batch. You may sign up for up to 2 batches per person

Homemade muffins

Home baked muffins requied to sustain our hard working volunteers and officials as they start the day. Fruit muffins preferred. Please no chocolate. 1 batch = 12 muffins = 1 volunteer hour. Please bring to pool by 7.30am on your allocated day.

Homemade cookies

Yummy cookies wanted for that mid morning sugar boost. 1 batch = 2 dozen cookies = 1 hour.

Bottled Water – 4 cases total for Hospitality
(1/2 liter or 16.9 oz. bottles, in cases of 35 or 40 pk. bottles). Bring to pool by Friday, 5:00 PM

2 cases of bottled water = 1 work obligation hour

Each line = 2 cases of bottled water.
