Head Timer :

Head Timer – 1 position (may be multiple people) for entire meet

Manages (starts and stops) the back-up watches for each event in order to support the timers in each lane. Manages relief timer assignments. Distributes stopwatches & timer's clipboards before the session begins and collects them at end of each session.

1 hour worked = 1.5 work obligation hour
